Nominate a main organiser who can discuss the details and receive the quotation. Share the wedding programme where it helps explain your plans, with requested transport pickup times given separately.
Explore our 16-seat minibuses and 28, 49, 53, 57 and 61-seat coach categories. We can also quote for more than one coach for larger groups, subject to availability and confirmation.

Can we request pickups from different locations?
Yes. List each proposed collection point and the requested pickup arrangements for review.
Can guests have different return pickups?
Include the requested times, destinations and exact passenger numbers for each proposed return journey so the team can assess them.
Should children be included in the passenger count?
Yes. Give the exact total of every child and adult travelling on each journey.
What if our plans change after booking?
Email the team with the requested changes. Revised times, locations or passenger numbers require Advanced Travel’s review and confirmation.
