Questions about school and college trips
Do teachers and accompanying adults count towards the passenger total?
Yes. Enter the exact total number of everyone travelling, including all pupils, students and accompanying adults.
Can you quote for more than one coach?
Yes. For larger groups, we can quote for multiple coaches. Share your passenger total and journey requirements so we can assess suitable options and availability.
Can our enquiry include travel between venues?
Include all proposed stops and any journeys needed between activities, with requested pickup times for each movement. We will review the full requirement before quoting.
Does a quote enquiry confirm our transport?
No. Staff assess the enquiry and provide a quotation. Follow the instructions supplied and wait for Advanced Travel’s booking confirmation. Changes to confirmed arrangements also need our review and confirmation.
