Corporate travel advice
A company day out often involves more than a single journey from the office. Colleagues may join from different locations, the activity and meal may be at separate venues, and the return group may be smaller than the outward group. Setting out these movements early gives your transport enquiry a clear starting point.

Build one itinerary for the organiser
List each journey in order, with its collection point, destination, requested vehicle pickup date and time, and exact passenger number. Include any movement between venues and any extra drop-offs at the end of the day.
Keep the event schedule alongside those transport details. A meeting start time or dinner reservation helps explain the plan, but it is separate from the pickup time you are requesting.
Check the practical details with your colleagues
Decide who will coordinate the enquiry and collect the information from everyone travelling. Confirm which office entrance or other collection point you intend to use, then share the agreed arrangements with the group once the booking is confirmed.
Tell us about presentation materials, activity equipment, overnight bags or anything else the group needs to carry. If the day includes an overnight stay, include the next day’s collection details and any transport needed during the visit.
